Starting in May, our customers will now have their own publication called Bounce! 

This monthly communication will provide IMN users with advanced techniques, best practices, and technical tips on how to maximize their investment in their IMN service and their e-communications program.  You’ll also be informed of all the IMN news and developments that are key to our relationship with you. 

For our customers, we suggest that you continue your subscription with Pro&Content as well, so that you receive the strategic, high-level views found in Pro&Content as well as the more hands-on, practical information discussed in Bounce!

We will be sending our customers more information on Bounce! in the very near future.  If you are a customer and have not yet responded to our Customer Quick Poll, please respond here in this issue to ensure that you receive all future customer communications.
