A Growing Roster of Customers
IMN’s roster of customers keeps growing, with new clients signing up and with current customers expanding internally and renewing their service.

Our new client roster is expanding, with high technology companies such as Storage Tek and Progress Software and the financial client of ADP Retirement Services signing up for services. In the transportation industry, we welcome Lear Corporation, one of the world’s largest automotive interiors suppliers.

The finance industry is seeing great success with e-Marketing as evidenced not only by new clients signing up, but also by the renewals of Janus and Eaton Vance. And you’ll see in the Best Practices story here in this newsletter, that Shell Oil Products US has several divisions that are now using IMN services. The Lubricants Division was first to utilize our services as a way to communicate with its distributors, but soon after, Shell was using IMN newsletters for exchanges with both retails customers and internal communications.

We also see this happening at Colliers International, a real estate company, as well as IDG, whose publication Bio-IT World just joined other IDG divisions on our roster. Both of these companies saw other groups within their organization successfully using IMN services and decided to get on the bandwagon too.
